Dekker's claws

Ability: Poison claws.

Dekker is able to extend the claws on his fingers to extreme lengths and inject a poison into his opponents to paralyze them.

It only works if the poison is injected into the bloodstream. Once inside, it takes 3 TURNS to take affect. Once it does, the opponent's actions slow down for 3 TURNS and after wards, I can't use it for another 4 TURNS.

Give me some more details on how potent the poison is and how much and long it takes the poison to paralyze a person.
